PRODUCTION

The production of the Jewelry goods take place  under our very  close  supervising. Every step of the production will normally be executed  by a for this particular step specialized  factory.

Normal Proceeding : alter designing

Step 1: Master Molding - silicon wax form /  Step 2 : Wax preparation, wax injection, wax tree building. plaster /  Step 3. Casting and filing  / Step 4: Polishing  / Step 5 : Setting, re-polishing / Step 6.: finishing surface treatment, electroplating .There is One CQ between each step and two at the end of the line, until we finally do the packaging of the goods ourselves and have a final check then.

PACKAGING

We ship out “ready to retail goods “. The packaging includes  all preparations  up to the customers requirements from barcodes to shop lifting protection alarm triggers. Cartons and portion packaging are up to the requirements of the supply chain management, which we support by optimizing the supply to save transportation costs.
